Signed 4th-round pick CB Asante Samuel on 7/15. Terms undisclosed.
Signed 7th-round pick DT Ethan Kelley on 7/15. Terms undisclosed.

Oakland Raiders
Signed 7th-round draft pick WR Ryan Hoag to a 2-year contract worth $546,000 (and a $16,000 signing bonus) on

Baltimore Ravens
