He has talent and baggage so is he Pacman Jones II? Id take him in the 3rd if hes there seeing its "late" in the order...Trade back off our 2nd into early 3rd and get another pick while doing so and take him with the early one....

It appears that Dan Snyder is going to let these guys manage things ... for now
