The problem is you have national guys like Mike & Mike who gush about whatever new shiny toy like it is the best ever - right now that is Kap and Wilson - RGIII has been forgotten. |
The voting for all these awards closed the week before the playoffs began. Also Kaepernick is not a rookie.
RGIII should definitely win Rookie of the Year. He is the most deserving candidate. Would be a real shame if they gave it to someone else. |

The voting stayed open through Jan 29, actually. But the Seahawks lost long enough before that I don't think Wilson was as hot as he could have been.
I'm really hoping RGIII gets the award, as he deserves it most. |
