Redskins v Eagles post game
Redskins beat Philly by 25. RGIII throws for 4tds and runs for 80+ yards. Hopefully this win is the shot in the arm this team so badly needed. Nice in fellas!

And our next opponent is in overtime against a 2 win team. Hopefully that takes something out of them.
I really liked the effort by our receivers today (wr & te). After several weeks of dropped passes I loved seeing Moss and Paulsen going up to fight for the ball and then fighting for the extra yardage for TDs.
Tip of the cap to the Defense as well for creating pressure, turnovers and holding Philthy to just 6pts.

Yep, it has been a long time since we have seen the Redskin receivers fight for the ball.

I can't find the post now, but earlier this week someone was saying that the Eagles were licking their chops at the prospect of playing us. I certainly hope that was true, and that they felt they got their money's worth.

I loved the enthusiasm we had on Defense. Even if we are lacking in talent they played with heart that was missing most of the year. Then again playing Dallas on Turkey day will be a better measuring stick.

I think that having Merriweather back there for a while was a huge confidence boost for the db's... and it carried over after he was hurt.Kilmer72 wrote: I loved the enthusiasm we had on Defense. Dallas, while winning, must have had their confidence shaken a bit... hopefully, 3 days won't be enough to fix it.

I'm thinking there's a possibility of a fine, despite the very embarassing miss... clearly, he thought he was launching at Griffin's head, with intent to inflict a game changing hit... and disregard for the rules...ACW wrote:
