No. It's in its tenth year, but won't be 10 until 2013.

Well done guys. This is a great outlet for a guy who doesn't get to talk about the Redskins with anyone, ever!!!
It'd be good to mark the 10 year anniversary with something. Maybe if you write to Dan he'd put his hand in his pocket and through a party for us all!!! Or a plane ticket for the overseas members...?!? No? Oh, ok...
Are we expecting a rush of new members now RG3 is here and we're all trendy again...? Maybe after we have a winning season our bandwagon will become very popular! That's usually the way it goes.
