Well... we get a chance to redeem ourselves today. Use this thread to express what you hope to see and what you expect to see.

Personally I expect us to make a much better showing... win or lose.

I'm also interested to see how the punters look. It'd be nice if Leaverton could just boot the other two out of the competition.

It will also be a better 'gauge' for the D-line with B. Smith and J. Trotter scheduled to play.

What do YOU think?

I would like to see Noble and Co actually tackle someone tonight. Its always nice if the RB gets tackled BEFORE he gets to the DBs. I think it will also be pretty exciting to see what happens with the receivers. Talk about a heated competition with too many slots! And Leaverton is only doing kickoffs tonight I think, but based on the very little I saw from him the other day, my money is on him to waste the other two.

I also want to see Royal and Cartwright do well tonight.

Yeah, my understanding is that Leaverton's doing kickoffs (after the first one) to preserve Hall's injury. As for the game, I'm looking for:

1.) more intensity

2.) better tackling, especially at the line of scrimmage

3.) the opportunity for the offense to get into rhythm

4.) no injuries

Win or lose, I want to see signs of clear progress--and then I'll be satisfied!

Boy, it shouldn't be hard to find progress after a 20-0 whipping.

I guess I don't care about wins or losses in preseason, but our season hinges on Patrick Ramsey (unless anyone is a big Rob Johnson fan out there). I'd like to know we have us a QB and we don't know it yet.

I'd like to see some good things from the offensive line. If we really propose to use quick little RBs like Chad and Trung a lot, it seems to me that we'd best have an operable O-line, and soon.

I'd like to see out LBs play up to the level of their smack talk.

I expect nothing whatever from our kicking game.

It would be nice to score a few points this time.
