Perhaps... but considering that our D was statistically awful last year (29th), 11th is pretty darned generous, with yet a down to be played...

But considering we had the 5th best offense, top rushing offense and won the NFCE... I think it's fair placement for what it is.

Boy ESPN is really grinning the Kool-aide (with a fire hose!)
They aren't even the best team in their division.

All power rankings opinions are worse than weather predictions if you know what I mean.
At least weather predictions are based in -some- science.

Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

People just use their public writing platform to post crap that makes them feel good about their team that's gonna have a bad year.
Wilson will have a target on his back all year and is probably gonna get hurt soon. Not wishing that on him, just isn't an illusive runner.

But hey, ranking us low is a great thing ultimately because we seem to do better that way.

Good point. The underdog thing kinda energizes this team.

People are in for a big surprise there. The Colts outperformed everyone's advanced statistical analysis that I saw last year. (Carolina way underperformed, btw.) They could always improve in the offseason or have another relatively "lucky" year, but they are definitely a candidate for a major regression this season. If I was a pro analyst I'd be putting some weight behind that minority prediction.
